There is an open deck, I'm not sure about allowing pets

Yes, you put in your order and they will call your order number. You can wait on the deck tables and eat there also. You can also order liquor at the bar stand at the side. Have a cocktail while you wait. Moby is also part of bahr seafood restaurant that has its own outdoor seating. Tiki bar with live music or DJ, they expanded their outdoor seating quite a bit by expanding tents, like the ones you would see at a wedding into their parking space along the waterline.

They are open Thursdays to Sunday until it gets to cold

Good seafood spot. Fried baskets and platters. Shrimp, calamari, clam strips, and scallops are among our favorites. Picnic benches provide waterfront dining. Simple and quite good. Raw bar and alcoholic beverages. Several good beers on tap. Pitchers available.
